    Successful application depends on guitar neck design

    I have a lovely mid level quality Gibson arch-top F-hole with a gracefully round-edged upper neck. Chord Buddy just skids around or slips off. It's like designers minimized side clamps and neck rests to save (? $.03 ?) and sacrificed better variety of workable installations. Sad...'twas a good approach to a huge market.
