        This stuff is great

        Used with my 7 month old my 2 yr old and my 8 ur old worked like a champ. 7mth old had Rosieola and croup and couldn't sleep or rest 1 dose of this she rested like a dream and so did mommy. 2yr old had Rosieola also this helped her to be able to rest. 8 yr old has Adhd and has a real hard time resting dr wanted to give him sleeping meds to help rest but i chose to try this first and he has been resting and waking up relaxed .         Helped alot with stomach pain, gas, indigestion, also helped increase my 14yrld appetite.

        I gave this 1 to 2 hrs bfore bedtime, 30 minutes to an hour bfore or after eating, or else can cause nausea. it really helped my 14 yrld boy fr having stomach pain, indigestion, n gas, n help calm him. It also helped increased his appetite, hes a happier boy now. I only gave him 1 teaspoon mixed with around 6 oz. of orange juice. In the morning n evening I used mommy bliss constipation ease 1 teaspoon mixed with orange juice to help with stomach pain n constipation. I refused to put him on dicyclomin n amitriptyline, which the doctor prescribed for him. With these herbs regiment every day, I dont have to use the doctor's medicine. Just remember to give 30 minutes to an hr bfore or after eating with any herbs
