Communication, given international posting and I was nervous due to the cost outlay, was over the Christmas holiday period, so some understandable delays. However specifics asked, more than once, were not replied to. Perhaps the trader is a very big busy store or perhaps there were health related or other issues, but that is the only negative comment I would make.
