For some reason ever since I got it, this laptop keeps getting random blue screens of death, I've stress tested it, but it doesn't crash, I've ran the Dell diagnostics tool on all the components but it says everything is fine. He was also great to work with. The first time I ordered, I had given him the wrong payment info and he had no problems canceling the order for me. The next time, I had given him the wrong address and it was returned to sender. After he received it he sent it back out to the correct address I provided.
