Photographs weren't provided to me - only a threat of negative feedback. I offered a full refund (on a non-refundable sale), and also a rebate based upon receipt of the replacement (which was unlikely to have occurred within the timescales) which never transpired - only a further threat of leaving negative feedback. I offered a fair resolution which was ignored. Disappointing and damaging - and the first in 20 years eBaying.
