    Shipping and packaging was good, but the seller swapped out the preinstalled ram with slower 2400mhz ram instead of the default 3200mhz ram. The noisy fan bearing was also not mentioned. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue if it was listed, but the item was not as described. The value was meh due to this

    The laptop was sold as parts or not working, and was only guaranteed to boot to the BIOS. I'm glad you were able to get it working.
