Not too long after maybe 11 minutes I received a tracking number.. all good right? No. Almost 3 hours later he says he must cancel the transaction without any real explanation that makes sense and then he tells me to cancel for a refund. That’s not how eBay works. Now this seller is not responding and has not sent in a cancellation as of yet. Super pissed.
