The DeSantis Doc Holliday cross draw holster is very well made and a great fit for my Heritage Barkeep..22lr./ .22 mag revolver and my Doc Holliday Cimmaron. 45 Colt revolver.

Very disappointing, belt loop Waayyy to wide
It looks like the system is broke. MANY submissions and no posting of an unfavorable review? I'll keep trying. First the good, it fits the revolver perfectly, that's where the good ends, it's downhill from there. The bad? Egads the belt loop is soo wide (OVER 2-1/2" wide) and the thickness of the belt needs to be at least that wide AND nearly a HALF INCH thick to keep the holster from flopping around. By flopping I mean rotationally (see pic below) AND away from the body. Seriously, what pair of jeans have belt loops 2-1/2" wide which can hold a belt thickness of a quarter inch+? Answer none I know of, well perhaps at a "Big and Tall" store you'd find them :-) The "lining" is paper thin, and if this holster were actually used and carried I think the lining would wear out really ... How this holster received as many 5 star reviews that it did amazes me because as it is, its only useful to protect a pistol in a range bag, and quite useless for carrying on the person. I shoulda, coulda, woulda, had a custom holster made for me but with the positive reviews this one looked like a good deal! Now that custom holster is going to cost me nearly $70 more to carry my pistol. Bottom line, I sent it back.
