Although described as "Used," it arrived in the original OEM retail packaging that was sealed in plastic. It was obviously used but damage free. Unfortunately, it showed all signs of life & appeared in Device Mgmt, but no drive. That is to say, the enclosure appeared okay, but the HDD was DOA. After a day of unsuccessful troubleshooting, I informed the seller & they refunded it by the end of the day.
