    I gave this item 5 stars, as the product itself met expectations. However, the communication regarding delivery was poor. Despite multiple attempts to coordinate with the seller—including offering local pickup options—there was no clear response. The item was also left out in the rain while we were away, though thankfully only the outer carton was wet. We had to ask a friend to retrieve and hold it for us until we returned from our trip.
