I needed two hats and had read all the negative comments about the condition of hats after shipment....not necessarily this company but all companies. I ordered two hats and held my breath until they arrived. They put the crowns of the two hats inside each other and placed a hard air-filled plastic "balloon" in the crown cavity. This prevented crushing the hats...and I had to do absolutely NOTHING to get them ready to wear!! Ingenius!!
