    This belt arrived quite early. I had the 'other' si belt but after a little time it felt like it was cutting into my hip. This belt was a 100% more comfortable. The width of the belt Iam sure had a lot to do with it. I ordered 2 sizes too large and could have been with 1 size larger. If I am still needing another belt it will difinetly purchase a vriksasana
