The screws it comes with doesn’t even screw into wood there are the most tiniest little screws you could ever imagine. Given the fact these are outside thermometers there’s no way this could withstand the elements not even five days in the sun without cracking and falling apart. Save your money don’t buy these find a different heavy duty solid thermometer
