I did a search for EU to US adapters. Theirs came up on the top, so I ordered a few of them. I received the complete opposite of what I needed, and discovered that I ordered the wrong part from them. I take full responsibility for this, and I attempted to return them at my expense. The seller closed the return, without an explanation.

Theft investigation was created with Postal service and investigation determined I was not at fault and that the package never made it to my mailbox!!! Seller insisted that because the delivery service indicated that it was delivered that it was actually delivered and IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!! I tool the time to wrote to USPS, EBAY & the seller to implement an investigation. SELLER WAS RUDE.

The item arrived only a day later than I anticipated but it was part of a Mother's Day gift, so I had to scramble and order a quickie from Amazon. This seller is OK and they will communicate when you have a question. It would have been better if I could have tracked the shipment.
