Upon receipt of the wrong hat, I immediately contacted him and provided a picture of the hat he sent. He responded right away telling me that I was wrong and that he sent the correct hat, even though he had the picture of his error. I tried again multiple times to contact him and he ignored my messages. This issue has still not been resolved.
