It works very intuitively and responds to key-presses immediately. The sound can be turned-up quite loud. The seller was quick to respond to questions about cell-provider-compatibility and was very forthcoming with the neccessary information for me to confirm compatibility directly with my provider, Consumer Cellular. I had a little glitch during the order that required contacting the seller. They were fantastic to deal with. Everything worked out fine. I am a happy camper. If you need something they got, buy it. I have not had the chance to actually use the phone yet. I'm not worried. If there is a problem, I am confident it will get worked out.
