    Well I've been using this product for close to 2 years now & it is anti breakage but very little growth if any. Great for keeping sleek hair styles in place but really doesn't help me at 78 years old with hair growth! Had to seek out other means for that. I recommended this to my my 2 sisters and they say the same. At least it keeps my hair style neat.
