Once opened the head of the cow rolled out and was completely broken off. Poorly packaged and when I contacted the seller, they claimed I broke it on purpose to try to get my money back. There was “bubble wrap and paper, but it was not secure for such a fragile item. The seller is rude and I would be advised not to purchase anything of any value.
