    Love this laptop!

    4 core, 8 thread Intel tiger lake processor with iris xe graphics and a touch screen is a big upgrade from my old 4th gen i7 quad core haswell that finally died. Very happy with the price and performance of this laptop.

    Great price on a very good laptop

    Not gamer graphics, but perfect for what I do. The computer is very fast and responsive with everything I do. I'm happy about the purchase. Many IT people will tell you that refurbished computers are often better than new since they are gone through more thoroughly than factory. In the case of this computer, I would have to say that that statement is true.

    Not satisfied

    I was informed that the product is windows 11 only to get it as windows 10. Its heavy and bulky I would not recommend if u want a lightweight or an up-to-date laptop. I can't return based on the conditions of return.
