      Negative buying experience. Seller had item listed with "Make Best Offer" feature. I sent offer after offer, and every single offer was completely ignored. I reached out to the seller personally politely asking them to sell me to me. They eventually replied with a message that had nothing to do with the item I was inquiring about. I have no idea what the problem was, but SELLERS! If you list something with make best offer, ANSWER the offer! Even with a counter offer! DO NOT IGNORE! Grade F-!

      It's been my experience that an offer that is not responded to is one that is not accepted, especially on items that have an original price of under $3. As I said to the buyer, I have the "Make Best Offer" feature there for people who want to get a discount on multiple items, but I see that that was not understood. I'm willing to change how I use this particular feature if enough people let me know, but this is the first time it has been an issue
