Seller was also very fast and helpful in answering all my questions about the pendant design, the chain, etc.

However.. unlike many internet sales--Mendel corp, IMMEDIATELY packaged up another one and this time the owner PERSONALLY took it to the USPS to ENSURE it got into the system this time and I was able to TRACK it this time from point to point until it was in my Mailbox.
