I just got around to installing the Slide Lock a few minutes ago and found out that it did not work on my 43x. The 43, 43X, and 48 are slim frame models in the Glock series and the component I got was for a wide frame, i.e. 17, 19, etc. The price was very reasonable and would probably cost more to return it and I do have have several wide-frame Glocks. I would consider adjusting the description.
