You will have to create a Google account for your child and attach it to your account (if you have one) as an "overseeing parent". Well worth it though. If you don't have one, you will have to create one as well.

Unfortunately they didn't have my configuration but the one they sent me worked great at a great price. They even offered me a rebate if I would keep it but as I said I needed a higher amount of RAM and memory.
