    Item never arrived due to tariffs. Waited a full month, expecting to receive it and it never showed. Reached out to seller after the full month and then was told it was returned to them. No communication from seller until I reached out about the item. Seller did grant a full refund. Just wish communication was better and I was informed earlier about the item being returned to them.

    Seller was contacted after item made no progress being shipped for over three weeks. Item was claimed to still be pending being made in a factory. Seller was receptive and offered a refund after claiming another month would probably be required to create the item. While the seller was cordial in the communication phase, it’s ridiculous to put an item on auction for it to not even be manufactured/created. Props for making it right but please consider the buyer’s perspective as well. Thanks
