    Even though these are knock offs and not a genuine Phillips product, I’m grateful that somebody is still making them. They are far inferior to the Phillips genuine product, but they still mostly do the job. After brushing for about 20 seconds, the unit starts Inconsistent vibrations that are not normal. As long as someone knows that before they buy it still mostly does the job. Phillips needs to go back to making the old E series, so that we don’t have to buy knock offs.

    Toothbrush came as promised. As expected high quality and new. Good value from a highly rated seller. Would buy again. Some others have cheaper prices but lower seller ratings, suggest this seller instead.

    Unfortunately this toothbrush didn't charge. I put on base and it just got hot. I tried replacing the base which was not the issue. Paid ~$80, was a waste of money. I suggest avoiding. These are not real and are knock offs. The time it took to get replacement base and with travel put me outside the window for replacement for seller. I am not sure if I got a lemon or if they are simply bad, but I would avoid. My Philips Sonicare lasted 10+ years, this didn't last a single charge unfortunately.
