    Beware of Refurbished items

    These headphones are listed as "tested by qualified refurbishers and function as intended," however the right earbud does not have sound at all in it. When I attempted to use the warrant to cover it, they stated it is not covered under the plan purchased. After some back and forth, the warrant will send a check to cover the price to replace the earbud, but not the earbud itself. The Left earbud works as intended, this would be a great purchase if they both worked.

    All I can say is wow! My NHT buds had been my favorite wireless even topping 4 sets of AirPods Pro and wired Monster Golds, Copper and Black but these JBL Tours I'm still amazed at how good they are. Since I've had the Tours One over ears and JBL app these buds work just the same with EQ, and these in- ears have a feature that tests your tips fittings and shows what needs adjustment. Putting the buds back into the case improperly sets an alarm! It's crazy. I thought the buds were new also!

    Think pro lifestyle not pro audio and you'll be very happy with these.

    Pros: Sound quality, decent ANC, mappable touch controls via the app, big case provides a lot of battery life, THEY WILL SCREECH LIKE A BANSHEE if you need to locate them using the app, optimized modes for video(latency) content or audio(quality) content, good range, the sensor that can tell when you take it out, and it pauses playback Cons: The ambient modes have a lot of white noise, they can be a little big, the touch controls are a little sensitive so I recommend setting both sides to playback, THEY WILL SCREECH LIKE A BANSHEE if they aren't seated in the case correctly, the case is a little big personally not a dealbreaker but some might not like the tradeoff for the extra battery.

    They're functional but it produces a high pitch noice half the time when inserting in my ear and I have to stop using it because it literally gives me a headache. I wonder if that's the reason why they went on sale. I had to stop using them.
