The package did not show any damage, but a bumper on one of the corners had about a 1" piece of plastic broken off. It does not affect the function of the bumper, just the appearance so, again, no big deal. The quality looks okay, but I would not recommend for gigging. You'll need a sturdier case for that. If you're just storing a guitar, this is a good product for the cost. Go ahead. Get one!

Of my claim and understood, I did look at the package only a few minor scratches on the end of the case. Even though? The package was damaged. Severely seller has refunded my money and did not have to do such. He was very good and positive. Great communication. I have had a stroke and take a little while longer to get back to him.
