The remote wasn't the original Humax remote. The seller sent another box, but this had the same faults. I asked to return it for refund. I even agreed to pay the return postage for both boxes. They were returned and signed for, but 9 days later I was still waiting for my refund. The seller kept fobbing me off with excuses.
