    These have changed my work pumping game

    These cups are a lifesaver at work. They are actually hands free, while my "hands free bra" usually required at least one hand to maintain proper suction. These are also the best because you don't have to take clothes off to pump. Just slip them into your regular bra (if it's stretchy), attach the tubing from the top neck hole in your shirt, and you're good to go! Also it makes it less uncomfortable to pump with others in the room. The only drawback is that I don't think they work quite as well as the traditional pump set up, but I'm still testing this theory.

    Huge help making pumping hands free. It’s not flawless by any means and it’s easy to have them leak. Overall they are a saving grace for busy mommas who are pumping.

    Milk coming into tube and into pump

    The hands-free part is awesome however it keeps getting milk going back into the tube and I'm sitting upright and it's going to end up ruining my pump at some point
