Service out of south Florida has deteriorated over the last couple of months. I was concerned that after more than two weeks the plants would be dead, and concerned again when the package arrived with a big gash. Luckily the plants did not appear damaged, and look like they might survive. They have already improved after a good watering and a day on a windowsill. Seller offered to replace any of the plants who do not recover.
