    The seller listed and verbally presented the item, a shower shelter, as NEW but it was definitely heavily USED, dirty and tainted with a tabacco smell or mildew from wet storage. If the smell can not be removed by washing then the shelter may be unusable. A report with pictures was submitted to E-Bay and they found no violation of their policies, suggesting E-Bay is perfectly fine about sellers lying to buyers about the condition of the items. I will not purchase anything more from E-Bay.
