      The item was over priced. When the box opened the head immediately fell off the item and it is broken. I previously have contacted the seller over and over and they do not contact you back. The quality is absolutely awful and I am so disappointed I paired almost 100 for a broken item that the seller clearly knew was broken. The item while appearing fine - was indeed broken. This is not acceptable. The seller will not contact you back either.
