      Great Advice!!!

      Several years ago, I was going through a lot with family and work. One of my co-workers gave me this book as a present. It really helped me! There is so much great advice given in this book. A few years ago, my best friend showed up on my door step, because her husband and she had a really bad fight. Of course, I told her my house is her house, and she could stay as long as she needed to. A few days later, I was cleaning and came across my book given to me by my co-worker. I gave it to my dear friend and told her how much it helped me. The next day when I came home from work, she told me how much she enjoyed reading this book.       Don't sweat the small stuff.

      I recommend this book for everyone. While it seems like dealing with daily struggles just takes a common sense approach, this book really helps you keep these issues in perspective and offers innovative steps to keep anger and stress in check.
