The package in which they came said they are plastic. And I believe it because they are very stiff and not flexible like silicone is. I doubt I would have purchased had I known they are plastic. I would have sent my comments directly to the seller, but ebay makes it very difficult to contact a seller now. I used to have no problems doing so. but I can't figure out how to do it now.
