Well packaged easy to put together. My only complaint is the brakes are squeaky. Upgraded with some Amazon hydraulic brakes. It would be nice if the chain guide was metal not cheap plastic. Bike is solid for the price.

Only issue now is instructions state 220 volt but maybe thats the motor operating voltage cuz the charging brick is like a laptop brick & plugs into normal USA 110 volt wall outlet. Have mssg to seller but hasn't responded yet. To be fair, it's less than 24 hrs since inquiry but given it was supposed to be here (Florida) 2 days ago & just got here there's worry.
