However this Chinese manufactured device suffers considerably from poor quality control which leads to a lot more assembly issues than one might expect. This in no way can be blamed on this seller, it is simply the current state of poor quality Chinese manufacturing. You shouldn't expect to just assemble this balancer without additional work on your part to get this device working the way it should.
