Tracking showed it remained at a UPS facility 100 miles away and never left. I notified seller and he immediately forwarded a second shipment which arrived alive. The bag began to leak so luckily we got it in time. another day or two and the water would have been fine, killing all of the fish. Seller had great communication. USPS needs to be better but all in all, positive purchase!!
