While I don't blame this seller for needing to cancel this order due to unexpectedly high shipping costs, the fact remains that he is very bad at communication as mentioned by others providing similar negative feedback. Over the course of four days, I messaged him trying to get updates on shipping and tracking, but he was silent. I imagine he will make an excuse to not take accountability for it. So I drove to fed ex and ups trying to find a better way to ship, but had absolutely no luck. Reading this feedback makes me wish I refunded the buyer immediately, but I felt awful that they were charging so much to ship and was determined to find cheaper.
