Of course that tracking number shows as delivered, so eBay considers order complete. The updated bogus tracking number turned out to be for an 84 pound package delivered to New York (a small package was to be delivered to Wisconsin). Contacted the seller via eBay and received no reply. So far eBay says item was delivered, eBay will not give me refund. She got free money!
