    Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu Anfang. Leider hat dies sehr schnell geändert nachdem die Bestellung aufgegeben und die Bezahlung gemacht war. Trotz vorgängiger Abklärung bez. des Lieferstatus/Produktestandorts (da wir auf der Durchreise waren) kam das Produkt doch aus China und nicht aus DE, was zu erheblichem Mehraufwand beim Entgegennehmen des Paket führte. Beim Hersteller direkt wäre es auch deutlich günstiger gewesen. Schade, wohl gutes Produkt, aber mässiger Support des "Importeurs".
