    Very carefully packaged, best price I found for this item. The plastic around the container had been broken and taped back together so I can't be confident that it was in fact a brand new item, but the container looked full after I opened it. A minor complaint, all told, and I'm more than willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but I hope this helps future customers make informed decisions.
