    The hair on the head is pretty matted, but the price for the product is excellent as there are things you can do help fix the matting. Shipping cost was extremely cheap and the bear was packaged with care still despite it being a stuffed animal, which was nice to see! All in all the bear was as pictured and described, and I’m very happy with this purchase!
