We worried about 1 box as it had 2 severe punctures that went through the cardboard & styrofoam but thankfully the bass was ok. Phew! The blue color fading to black is beautiful. Both sound great. Comparable to pricier name brands. Throw in you get a practice amp too & this is a fantastic value. We recommend this bundle to anyone wanting a bass whether you’re just starting out (me) or have been playing for a while (friend).

    Beautiful bass matche on Youtube.s specifications perfectly amp works fine for bedroom practice to get best sound use a better amp. I own an Ibanez passive bass no electronics just like this one and with a good amp they sound is comparable. I highly recommend this instrument. Make sure to adjust the neck and string hight before you play it, instructions on how to adjust strings are
