Perhaps they will respond now. I even said please type my question into Google Translate in case there is a language barrier. Perhaps the person doesn't know how to use the computer? I am out of what-ifs. The bracelet is nothing like the picture. What I received is flat, not round, and looks crudely made. With dings in the metal. It is poor quality and misprepresented.

Theft investigation was created with Postal service and investigation determined I was not at fault and that the package never made it to my mailbox!!! Seller insisted that because the delivery service indicated that it was delivered that it was actually delivered and IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!! I tool the time to wrote to USPS, EBAY & the seller to implement an investigation. SELLER WAS RUDE.
