The item was ordered on12/9 & as I follow the shipping status, it just states a label was created on 12/ 10. On 12/16, I reached out to the seller and ask her to resolve the issue or cancel. Her response was that I hurt her feelings & I wasn't kind enough & that she doesn't have control after it goes to UPS. I call BS on this. Not to mention, it is her responsibility to ship it and/or track it. She doesn't belong in business. It’s been 5 days since it was shipped.
