    The seller very kindly cancelled my order for me when I realised that I had purchased the items for sale erroneously. (I did so based on the images provided, which were of rectangular frames, which is what I needed, not based on the printed description, which did specify that the frames were oval-shaped.) Although this sale didn't work out, the seller was very reasonable and accommodating, so I would have no problem recommending her.
