- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseArrived on time. The holes did not quite line up for assembly, but bending the plastic enabled screwing it together. Some design flaws: the headrest is too wide and low, hits the back of the shoulders. It is also too far forward, pushing the head into a vulture-neck position. The forward-back position cannot be adjusted. The armrests stay forward of the chairback even when flipped up, so these also hit the back of the shoulders when up. After removing the headrest and armrests the chair is fine.
