He sent me a coat that is two sizes too small. When I complained about their mistake they asked for more money to send me my right size. When I asked for a refund he never replied to my numerous e-mails to him. This seller is a crook or a scam artist looking for more money than agreed to. The item was not as described and he now has my money and I have a coat that is two sizes too small .Really pissed off

Everything was wrong as to authenticity and did not match the photos . I asked to refund the hat and was vaguely told I’d get a “partial refund”. Subsequently, I was offered $100 (1/3d of the cost minus postage) and keep the hat. I declined. Once eBay stepped in to the matter, I received a full refund plus return postage. Bravo eBay!
