I ordered 2 pins and paid for 2 pins. When I opened the undamaged sealed box there was only one. I messaged and called and they said they would check the weight from the shipping label. I got a return message stating the weight on the box was for 2. I asked if they put the wrong label on my box for someone that ordered only one and have not received a response.
