      The item was beautiful But I had to return it because it was broken on arrival. The seller did a terrible job packing this marble box He was however very good to deal with on the return of the item. I took off stars for item description because it arrived irreparably broken

      Upon notification that the item had been damaged in shipping, buyer was immediately offered a refund. Buyer preferred to get the item at 1/2 price. I declined and asked for the item to be returned. It was eventually returned and the complete purchase and shipping refunded. We always get high marks on shipping. Buyers evaluation of packing is their OPINION only.
